Over the last decade, law enforcement has recognized the value and importance of Reality-Based Training (RBT) to keep their communities, officers, and the subjects of their investigations safe. Altitude Risk Mitigation has developed a comprehensive 3-day Train-the-Trainer course to guide agencies through the creation, implementation, management, and maintenance of a successful RBT program.
This 3-day curriculum walks students through the process of equipping and designing RBT drills, skill sets, and scenarios to enhance the tactical and mental capabilities of law enforcement in today’s operational environment.
