Date & Time:

January 22 @ 8:00 am - January 23 @ 5:00 pm

$315.00

This two-day leadership course is tailored for Command Staff, First-Line Supervisors, and aspiring supervisors, offering advanced insights into critical incident response, control, and command. It goes beyond the foundational principles of SWAT preparation to provide a comprehensive understanding of managing global critical incidents.

Day One: Focuses on key tactics, techniques, and procedures to effectively respond to, control, and command critical incidents from the moment they occur.
Day Two: Centers on the smooth transition to the investigative phase and the continued management of the incident until its resolution.

This course equips participants with proven leadership strategies, methodologies, and procedures for both the immediate response and long-term management of critical incidents in law enforcement. Developed from over 20 years of experience in investigating, managing, and leading dynamic critical incidents, it covers transitions to extended-duration investigative scenes such as Violent Crimes Against Persons, Officer-Involved Shootings, Active Shooter situations, Hostage scenarios, and Barricaded Subjects with Weapons.

Grounded in the principles of the Incident Command System (ICS) and National Incident Management System (NIMS), the course uses facilitated discussions and interactive classroom exercises to foster agency-specific growth and skill development.
