This three-day UC/CI Rescue course is designed for Street Crimes Units, Undercover Units, and other investigative teams that work with Undercover (UC) officers or Confidential Informants (CI). It focuses on preparing participants for rapid transitions from surveillance to exigent rescues in situations where UC officers or CIs face physical harm or life-threatening danger.
Developed from extensive experience in conducting, managing, and leading undercover operations, this course provides a foundational understanding of the equipment, skills, and techniques required to respond effectively to such critical incidents. Participants will learn and practice basic entry skills, immediate action drills, impromptu vehicle assaults, and lawful entries designed for urgent, life-saving situations.
The curriculum emphasizes practical, hands-on training to prepare officers and surveillance teams for high-pressure scenarios where immediate intervention is necessary to protect officers, victims, hostages, or confidential informants under the authority of a law enforcement agency.
