Leadership Training

Leadership development, growth, and sustainment is a continuous journey throughout the career of law enforcement. Our courses cover the spectrum of leadership development, from becoming a leader in law enforcement to command and control of critical incident response.

Tactical courses

Proficient Tactical Patrol Officer capabilities are becoming more imperative for agencies to ensure the safety of the officers, community, and subjects of investigation. Our courses include ambush mitigation, threat identification and orientation, and exigent circumstance entries.

UC/CI Rescue

Structured for street crimes units, undercover units, or any other investigative unit that utilizes UC officers or CI’s. This training teaches skills and techniques to teams who would have to enter a premises or vehicle under exigent circumstances presented during controlled investigative operations.

Professional Experience

Jack Rosenthal is the owner and operator of Altitude Risk Mitigation, LLC. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, served honorably for 23+ years for a local law enforcement agency and contracted to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP) as a bombing prevention specialist. He holds over Two-Decades of leadership and tactical experience operating and supervising Under Cover, Collision Reconstruction, Violent Crimes Against Persons, and Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Teams.

All courses are Washington State-Criminal Justice Training Commission (WA-CJTC) and Idaho State Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) approved and certified.
We are a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), holding a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code for Federal contracts.
Host agencies are eligible for 3 free seats per class.
All course tuitions are per student/per day of instruction.
Minimum of 10 paying students for each day of instruction.
Participating agencies must provide their own PPE and NLTA equipment.

What Areas Do you Serve?

Our mission is to provide affordable training opportunities to the Nations' First Responders.

Altitude Risk Mitigation, LLC is licensed in the State of Washington; however, we will come to you, eliminating your costs of lodging, per diem, and other traditional travel expenses for each student.

How Does Payment Work?

Students register and pay via the link on the individual course pages.

Receipts and customized welcome emails are automatically sent to the registering student once payment has been received.

Alternative options include individual agency invoicing. All invoices are due prior to the first day of the course. Contact us to utilize the invoice option.

Registration and cancelation policy.

All tuition fees are due prior to the first day of instruction.

Cancelation prior to fifteen (15) days of the first day of instruction will result in 100% refund of tuition fee.

Cancelation between eight (8) and fourteen (14) days of the first day of instruction will result in 50% refund of tuition fee.

Cancelation up to seven (7) days prior to the first day of instruction will result in forfeiture of tuition.

Exceptions are considered for legal or medical alibies. Contact us if you require this option.
