Jack Rosenthal's Story
Jack Rosenthal is the owner and operator of Altitude Risk Mitigation, LLC. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served honorably for 23+years for a local law enforcement agency in the State of Washington.
Rosenthal held numerous positions and responsibilities in his career in law enforcement, some of which are: Contracted through a Prime to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency as a Bombing Prevention Specialist, serving as a Lead Facilitator for Bomb Squad/SWAT Integration training. Established and managed a Reality-Based Training program for a County Sheriff’s Office. Served on a County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team for 20 years, culminating in the role of SWAT Commander. Holds over two decades of investigative experience, encompassing Violent Crimes Against Persons, Homicide, Internet Crimes Against Children, Officer-Involved Shooting Investigation Team, and Collision Reconstruction. And, worked as a Federal Task Force Officer with the Drug Enforcement Administration and as an undercover operator for a State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) Sheriff’s Office drug interdiction unit.
Rosenthal has extensive experience and knowledge related to tactical planning and response, both in law enforcement and while working for Private Training Organizations. In addition to these skill sets he provides training and consultation to SWAT teams and Bomb Squads for their integrated response related to complex coordinated attacks involving improvise explosive devices, active shooters, and hostage rescues.
