Altitude Risk Mitigation is a certified Professional Training Organization in Reality Based Training (RBT), using Ultimate Training Munitions (UTM) as its primary non-lethal training ammunition platform. We offer a wide range of RBT directly related to Patrol Response, Patrol Tactics, and Special Tactical Unit response. We also offer Leadership courses, such as "Becoming a Leader in Law Enforcement" and "Command and Control of Critical Incident Response."

Consultation

Altitude Risk Mitigation offers to first line, mid-level, and senior command staff of agencies an external non-biased examination to guide decisions in Risk Mitigation. Some of the areas examined are investment to operational necessity, risk mitigation decisions for high-consequence events, current department policies and procedures, employee management, and the unique challenges brought upon today’s law enforcement due to social and political expectations.

Operational Analysis

Altitude Risk Mitigation offers the opportunity for agencies to have a qualified, prior supervisor and command law enforcement staff, conduct an external analysis on patrol, specialty/tactical units, and investigative staff to examine and explore ways to operate more effectively and efficiently in today’s law enforcement environment.
