TOURE 3 Day Course Description
Course Information:
This intensive three-day training course is designed to equip law enforcement officers with the essential knowledge, skills, and tactics needed for high-risk operations, focusing on search warrant service, vehicle assaults, and tactical movements in wooded environments. Combining classroom instruction with hands-on training, scenario-based exercises, and after-action reviews, this course ensures participants develop a solid understanding of tactical principles, master safe and effective vehicle assault techniques, and enhance their proficiency in navigating challenging terrain. Officers will apply learned tactics in realistic scenarios while strengthening teamwork, communication, and situational awareness to improve overall operational effectiveness.
Course Overview and Objectives:
- Develop a clear understanding of tactical principles for search warrant service.
- Master safe and effective vehicle assault techniques (front, side, and rear approaches).
- Enhance proficiency in wooded environment tactical movements.
- Apply learned tactics through realistic scenario-based training.
- Foster teamwork, communication, and situational awareness.
Target Audience:
This course is designed for:
- Law enforcement officers at the local, state, tribal, territorial, and federal levels.
- Tactical response team members, including SWAT and Special Response Units.
- Supervisors and trainers responsible for tactical team operations.
- Officers seeking to enhance their tactical skills and knowledge for high-risk operations.
Logistics:
Host agency must provide:
- Classroom with AV hookup for laptops to present PowerPoint PPT.
- Area where non-lethal training ammunition can be utilized.
- Whiteboard or chalkboard.
Students must provide:
- NLTA weapon and ammunition platforms (UTM, Simunition FX, etc).
- Individual PPE to include eye protection, two long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and gloves.
- Tactical gear to include vest and helmet.
- Entry tools: ram, pick, sledgehammer, etc. (each represented agency can bring one set)
Cost:
The host agency is eligible for three free seats.
Tuition: $445 per student.
All tuition fees are due prior to the first day of instruction.
Cancelation prior to fifteen (15) days of the first day of instruction will result in 100% refund of tuition fee.
Cancelation between eight (8) and fourteen (14) days of the first day of instruction will result in 50% refund of tuition fee.
Cancelation up to seven (7) days prior to the first day of instruction will result in forfeiture of tuition.
Exceptions are considered for legal or medical alibies. Contact us if you require this option.
