This three-day, 24-hour Basic Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (BTTP) course is designed for patrol officers, Street Crimes Units, Narcotics Teams, Fugitive Apprehension Units, Criminal Investigations personnel, and other law enforcement professionals who may be required to respond to high-risk incidents, conduct warrant services, or perform tactical operations under exigent circumstances.
Built upon decades of operational experience in patrol, undercover operations, SWAT, homicide investigations, and tactical leadership, this course develops the critical thinking, communication, and movement skills necessary to safely solve dynamic problems under stress. Rather than focusing solely on tactics, BTTP teaches officers how to systematically assess evolving situations, prioritize threats, communicate a common operating picture, and execute deliberate, coordinated actions that reduce unnecessary exposure while maintaining operational tempo.
